Life was been so tough for me for almost a month due to diabetes and mild prostatic hyperplasia…I cannot get adequate sleep and have lost 28 lbs. Last week I was diagnosed of pneumonia. Occasionally I am coughing and have shortness of breath. As of now I am in total isolation due to low immune system. We have a lot of COVID cases and our hospital is full of patients. Please continue praying for my complete healing as I miss already my mission works. Months of October to December is month where typhoons are hitting our province please pray that there will be no strong typhoons that will hit us.

Jul 27

Our province was hit again by typhoons last week and there was a flood on southern part of Mindoro. Thank God the flood didn’t reach us. Thanks for your continuous support financially and to your prayers for us here, especially in this time of pandemic.

Please also pray for our new ministry to the Mangyan people, The Peacemakers Project!

Please pray for our group who will go to the mountain tomorrow,we will stay there for two days. This tribe that we are going to reach is a different group, when they hear our message they ask us if we can share to them. Tribal people are more receptive, I believe this is God’s moving that this people will understand His love to humanity regardless of race. Thank you.

Some of our pastors have opened new ministry in Bulalacao area south west of oriental Mindoro please pray for our Pastor Fred Candava and his company for protection and also for a peaceful community since that place Is in critical area. I will go up again in the mountain next week please pray for me and my group who will go with me. We will celebrate our 5th year anniversary on April 1, 2021 we will have an evangelistic service inviting non believers for the event, please pray for it that more hearts will be opened to our message.

Please continue to pray for us for these following concerns:

  1. The gospel is advancing through radio ministry, social media and on ground volunteers sharing to anybody, please pray for God’s continuous strength for us as we are facing different challenges in the ministry.

  2. The government had declared that Mindoro island is now the center in fighting against rebel group as there is an increase of their numbers in the island. Pray that God will protect our native people in the mountain as most of them are victims of war and will terribly affected their economic life.

  3. Because of pandemic and typhoons, we are now experiencing its effect. Meat products are now double in prices, vegetables rise to 400% to the regular price and fish do the same, please pray that God’s peace will rule in the hearts of the people as thieves and robbers might spike. I don’t know till when this crisis will end but in times like this we can only put our trust in God.

Thank you for partnering with us in prayers as we pray as well for you.

First I would like to thank God for the whole year help that the sanctuary help the ministry here you’ve been God’s hand for us that with out it will hardly for the church to make its roles. From bills of electricity, monthly love gifts to the some pastors as most of them have no job due to pandemic, people who are coming to us almost daily asking for help with different reasons from medicines to damages of typhoons at least I had extended help to them, for those who went home from Manila who lost their job and cannot find a job here we had helped them as well and even for my own children which really been hard for me to provide needs for them because the burger houses were closed. I am saving also an amount to make some home smile on Christmas Day as most of them cannot afford to have a good meal.

Please tell those who help us my whole hearted gratitude you’re a blessing for me as a pastor, blessing to the church here and to the town of Roxas.

I know the church there have great needs as well our only thing that we can do is to always pray that God will overflow His blessings on you.

There 3 main concern that really bothers me and please pray for us.

1. Businesses of our brethren here greatly affected by pandemic and typhoons so please pray for them that this coming year 2021 will have a good opportunity for them to earn. So as you know that these people who helped also the church here cannot give generously because their income drop to almost 50-60%.

2. Every December there 2-3 strong typhoons coming in our Island, so please pray that there will none will come.

3. Also continue to pray for the leadership here as we face the challenge of the ministry to have our own building for worship. 2021 will be a challenging year we still have some unpaid dues to pay about the land that we purchased for the ministry here.

Nov 20

Please pray for our brethren that their heart and mind be established in this times of trials as life here are getting hard due to this pandemic and typhoons.

I was so sad when I lost a cousin and friend. He died last 2 days his name is Josam Gusi he was one on my side when I went out from other church. Please pray for the comfort of his wife and his two children

Nov 12

There was a heavy rainfall for almost two days now, As I write this message the two rivers near our house are on critical level so am sure that some houses of our brethren who are in low places are now flooding. Continue to pray for the whole nation that God will continue to strengthen us us in this time of calamity.

In this time of pandemic and calamity your financial help that you extend to us this year is really valuable for us and without it it’s will be really a hard time for us to survive. Please tell the brethren there our heart full thanksgiving for your generosity.

Nov 2

Thanks for your prayers. The typhoon went in a different direction thus it didn’t create even a slight damage to us, but was saddened with the devastation it caused to other provinces.

Oct 31

Please pray for the Philippines, according to our weather forecast the typhoon coming is the strongest earth typhoon of the year.

After this strong typhoon there will be another one coming. It’s 3 in a row

Oct 30

Thanks for your prayers. As of now the electricity is not stable in some places, the weather is fair now but there will be one typhoon coming next week. Hopefully it will not fall on lands.

Farmers are greatly affected due the lost of their crops. It will take another 6 months to recover.

Oct 27

Please pray for the island of mIndoro we’ve been hit bay a strong typhoon since the other night and will have no electricity for 1 week and there will be still 2 typhoon coming. Hope it will not landfall to the island.

Rice fields and different plantation were destroyed

As of now there are still heavy rains

Oct 23

We need prayers for one of the family in the church they are now in quarantine since yesterday due to covid case, hope it will be negative once the result will come out.

Also pray for our brethren in the mountain. The military group are now chasing the rebel group due to the ambush which was done by rebel group and burned the patrol car. The tribes are now affected with this two groups fighting.

The church here are doing well except for some who lost their job where some of them worked in the city before.

Extend our heart full thanksgiving to the Sanctuary members who have extended their help financially as we use it in helping some pastors and giving help to the older members of the church here as we provide rice for them.

Thank you, Sanctuarians, for your generosity. When you give to The Sanctuary, you are also blessing folks in the Philippines through the Abundant Grace and Peace Sanctuary in Roxas. Please also remember our Filipino brothers and sisters in your prayers.
